Here's everything that happens after checkout, and how to get from "order complete" to your first trade in a few minutes.
1. Check your email and set your password
Right after your purchase you'll receive two emails:
"Welcome to Frontline Prop — Set Your Password" — sets up your dashboard login
"Your Account Is Live" — contains your trading platform credentials
Open the first one and click Set Your Password. Once you've chosen a password, you'll land in your trader dashboard.
Tip: Bookmark https://app.frontlineprop.com — you can log in to your dashboard there any time with your email and the password you just set.
2. Find your DXtrade credentials
Your trading platform (DXtrade) has its own login and password, separate from your dashboard login. To find them:
In your dashboard, click Accounts in the left sidebar
Click the account you want to trade to open its Account Details page
Click Launch Trading Platform (top of the page, above your balance)
A Login Credentials window shows your DXtrade Login and Password — use the copy icons next to each field
Your "Account Is Live" email contains the same credentials, so you can start from your inbox too.
3. Log in to DXtrade — three ways in
Any of these gets you to the same place:
From your email — click Start Trading in your "Account Is Live" email
From your dashboard — click Launch Trading Platform on your Account Details page, then Launch Platform in the credentials window
Directly — go to https://dx.frontlineprop.com and sign in with your saved DXtrade credentials
Tip: Your DXtrade Login and Password are different from your app.frontlineprop.com email/password — always get them from the Login Credentials window on your Account Details page, not from memory.
4. Place your first trade
In DXtrade, pick your market, set your order size, and hit Buy or Sell. Your position, P&L, and account stats update in real time. Before you trade, make sure you know your program's rules — daily loss limit, max drawdown, and consistency — from your Account Details page.
Instant Funded accounts: two extra steps
If you purchased a Frontline Instant funded account, complete these two steps to unlock payouts:
Sign your trader agreement
Go to Contracts in the left sidebar, click View & Sign on the pending agreement, review it, and sign.
Verify your identity (KYC)
Go to Settings → Verification and click Get Verified Now.
We recommend choosing "Continue on phone" — scan the QR code and your phone's camera walks you through it: a quick selfie, a photo of your ID, and your phone number. Verification usually completes within minutes.
Once your agreement is signed and your identity is verified, you're fully set up. Good luck out there!
