Trailing Drawdown: The Frontline Instant drawdown is an End-of-Day (EOD) trailing drawdown. The 6% limit trails up with your highest end-of-day balance — it is recalculated once per day at the daily close and never trails back down. It does not move on intraday spikes or unrealized profit during the day. See What is Max Drawdown? for a full explanation. When the trailing maximum drawdown limit reaches your starting account balance it locks in place - it does not continue to trail as you grow your profits from there.
Note: Payout Lock applies — when you request your first payout, if your drawdown is below the starting account balance it moves up to the starting account balance and locks there.
