Do I need to complete KYC verification?

Yes. There are two KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to pass at Frontline.

Frontline Platform KYC (Sumsub)

The first KYC is conducted within the Frontline platform using Sumsub. You can complete this anytime after purchasing your evaluation, but you must complete it before we can set up a funded account. If you purchase an Instant Funded account, you will need to complete KYC immediately.

How to complete Sumsub verification

  • Log into your Frontline dashboard and navigate to the KYC verification section

  • Enter your personal information — full legal name, date of birth, and address as they appear on your ID

  • Upload your identity document — one of the following:

- Passport - Driver's license - Government-issued ID card - Residence permit

  • Complete the selfie verification — you'll be asked to take a live photo or short video to confirm your identity

  • Wait for approval — verification typically completes within a few minutes, but may take up to 24 hours in some cases

Riseworks KYC (for payouts)

The second KYC is conducted by Riseworks.io and must be completed before you can receive your first payout. Full instructions will be provided when you request your first withdrawal.

What if I fail KYC?

If you fail either KYC check, we will not be able to proceed with setting up your funded account or processing payouts. The service will be terminated and you will be prohibited from joining Frontline again. No refunds will be offered.

If you believe there was an error with your verification, contact support before your account is closed.
