We're aware of an issue where identity verification (KYC) can fail to access your camera on a Mac desktop using Google Chrome, even after you've granted camera permissions. Our provider is working on a fix.
The quickest workaround: complete your KYC verification on your phone. Verification works reliably on mobile devices.
If you'd prefer to finish on your Mac, you can also try:
Use a different browser — Safari often works when Chrome does not.
Double-check permissions — in Chrome, open Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Camera, and make sure our verification site is set to Allow. Also confirm macOS itself allows Chrome to use the camera under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
Close other apps that may be using the camera (Zoom, FaceTime, Photo Booth), then reload the page.
If none of that works, the fastest path is simply to switch to your phone and complete verification there. If you're still stuck, contact our support team and we'll help you through it.
